Bob France Joins High Street Capital

High Street Capital, a Chicago-based private-equity firm which invests in business services, value-added distribution and niche manufacturing companies in the lower middle-market, is pleased to announce the addition of Robert S. France as a Vice President of the firm. Mr. France will be responsible for originating, executing and managing investments on behalf of High Street Capital.

Mr. France has over seven years of middle market deal experience, both as a private equity investor with Questor Management Company, a turnaround and special situations fund, and as an investment banker with Donnelly Penman & Partners, a boutique investment bank focused on lower middle-market companies in the automotive, distribution and financial services industries.
