People Moves: Scott George Joins P&M Corporate Finance

P&M Corporate Finance LLC, a middle market investment banking firm, announced that Scott George has joined P&M Corporate Finance as a Managing Director in the firm’s Chicago office where he will head the Illinois Practice.

Commenting on the hire, Phil Gilbert, President and Managing Director of P&M Corporate Finance, said, “Scott brings the experience, network, and market leadership we’ve been looking for to propel continued growth in Chicago.  We’re excited about him joining the team and view this as the launch of significant growth in the Chicago office.”

Mr. George is a lifelong Chicago resident and 25-year investment banking veteran.  Prior to joining P&M Corporate Finance, Mr. George spent over three years as Managing Director and Co-Head of Morgan Joseph’s Chicago office. Prior to that, he was a Senior Managing Director at Ernst & Young Corporate Finance LLC where he served as National Practice Leader for that firm’s M&A Advisory and Capital Markets Groups.
