The number of mergers and acquisitions
among aftermarket companies has surged in the past year,
and nothing indicates that this trend will be slowing
down in the near future, according to a report published
by Capstone Financial Group.
The report notes that the 76 mergers, acquisitions and
recapitalizations that have taken place during the last
12 months are more than double the same period year-over-year.
