A new landmark survey from Black’s Guide, the nation’s most comprehensive
commercial real estate source, reveals insightful trends about the Chicago
commercial real estate (CRE) market.

The study, which was fielded between June 23 - July 8, 2005, assessed the most popular amenities currently requested by Chicago tenants, the biggest challenges to leasing commercial space, which industries are leasing the most commercial space, industry outlook of commercial real estate professionals, average space requirements, and more.

Nearly 1,000 commercial real estate professionals nationwide participated in the online survey, which looked at 19 markets, including Chicago.
