| Responsibilities: |
Negotiating, communicating and executing complex transactional structures, finance issues, and managing the day-to-day aspects of multiple client M&A and Private Placement transactions. Key involvement in driving business development activities; sourcing deals; and contributing to the company’s ongoing growth strategies. |
| Qualifications: |
Must have previous investment banking experience in structuring, executing and closing M&A transactions, and/or Private Placements, and/or Financial Restructuring transactions. Senior candidates generally consist of a minimum of 12 to 15 years of direct transactional experience (M&A and Private Equity) in investment banking with established relationships within the investment community. Series certifications and industry vertical expertise a plus. We recruit for talent, integrity, enthusiasm, loyalty, and a hands-on entrepreneurial spirit. |
