General Manager Position 

Oceanside, CA - Veridiam, a portfolio company of WHI Capital Partners, is seeking a General Manager for the management of Veridiam's manufacturing facility in Oceanside, CA. The Oceanside location is a fully integrated manufacturer of ultra-precision machined product recognized as pioneers in tight tolerance manufacturing of dental implant, prosthetic and surgical components. The plant has historically operated as a "job shop" with many technically diverse and challenging jobs running through the manufacturing processes simultaneously with a base of 155 employees. To learn more about Veridiam, please visit our website at www.veridiam.com. 

The General Manager's purpose is to achieve financial and growth objectives; meet safety, health and environmental objectives; attain customer satisfaction goals; and serve as a key member of the senior management team. The General Manager is responsible for all major functions of the business including sales and marketing, manufacturing, quality, finance, accounting, information systems and human resources.

Qualifications 

Veridiam is looking for a seasoned General Manager with manufacturing experience in the metal fabrication/component industry and a minimum of a B.A. in Engineering, Business Management or related discipline. An advanced degree is preferred. Candidates should be technically competent with a hands-on style; solid business skills; innovative strategy; and strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
