(TBS) announces that William D. Spizman, Managing Director,
has been named National Director, Transaction Support
Services Group. In this role, Mr. Spizman is responsible
for the high-level group of professionals with multi-disciplinary
backgrounds performing transactional services under
a name business people have trusted for over 150 years.

high-quality services", says Mr. Spizman. "Our focus
is to identify and secure value for our clients utilizing
our transaction expertise and industry knowledge." he

The Transaction Support Services Group offers financial and tax due diligence, transaction structuring, pre- and post-closing assistance and other services to private equity funds, strategic buyers, sellers and lenders. They have provided due diligence services on more than 250 transactions over the last ten years, evaluating assets, liabilities and earnings and assessing technology, employee benefits and risk management to help acquirers increase their confidence in the potential deal. They also offer accounting, tax, financial advisory and consulting services.
